Product Purpose: Country Feeds® Layer Feed 16% Pellets provides your layers with the proper balance of protein, vitamins and minerals needed to support health and produce quality eggs. This feed is designed to be fed to laying chickens from 16 weeks of age and continuing through their productive life. Product Features: • Complete nutrition for the unique needs of laying hens • 16% protein and is fortified with vitamins and minerals to promote hen health and egg production • A complete layer feed—no need for supplementation. Feeding Directions: • Feed as the sole ration beginning at 16 weeks of age. • Don’t let feeders run empty. • Country Feeds® Scratch Grains may be fed in addition to Country Feeds® Layer to support the nutritional needs of laying hens. • Clean feeders and waters regularly. • Provide fresh, clean water at all times. • Provide the appropriate size grit, as needed. • Oyster shell or coarse ground limestone may be fed from the onset of lay in addition to Country Feeds® Layer Feed.
