Rental Policies

When you are ready to rent, please be aware of these requirements.

• The person named on the rental agreement must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license.
  
• The name on the credit card must match the driver's license.
  
• Commercial rentals will be verified between our rental agent and the business purchasing department. 
  
• Daily rentals are to be paid in advance.
• Weekly rentals will pay for 3 days as a deposit.
• Long-term rentals will be charged weekly.
  
• When customers choose to haul their own equipment, they will need a 3/4 ton truck and a 12,000 lb trailer.
  
• Customers are responsible for any damages incurred while using the equipment. Please confirm coverage with your vehicle insurance that the equipment is covered when you haul it yourself.
  
• Equipment is to be returned in the same condition that it was received.  Any damages will be assessed upon return. Fuel tank should be full, mud and debris should be removed before returning.
  
• Our agent will review operation of any equipment upon request.
