Chick Days 2026

This season, we have been promised two shipments of pullets. The chicks are sold on a first come/first serve basis. You are encouraged to call and reserve chicks from the upcoming order listed below.

If you are looking for a laying variety not listed below or a rooster, you can call Lana at 870-481-5165 to check availability. We will not be placing orders for specialty breeds like bantams, peafowl, or game birds and suggest you contact a hatchery, like Cackle Hatchery to order directly.

PLANNED PULLETS:
February 23rd: Easter Eggers, Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rocks, Buff Orpington, Cinnamon Queens and Black Australorps
April 6th: Easter Eggers, Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rocks, Buff Orpington, Cinnamon Queens, Black Australorps, and White Leghorns. Straight-run Jumbo Cornish are also expected.
DUCKS: April 16th: Rouen, Blue Swedish, Cayuga - all straight run.

The advantage of purchasing through Gregg's is we can usually avoid minimum orders and we absorb any casualties that can occur during shipping. We'll pick up the chicks from the post office first thing and get them fed and watered ASAP to help insure you have healthy/stable chicks when you pick them up.
