The Oregon 23565 Felling Wedge is a plastic wedge designed to help control the direction of tree fall and prevent saw binding during cutting operations. This wedge is intended for professional loggers and is not designed for splitting wood. When inserted into the kerf during felling, it helps direct the tree's fall while reducing the risk of the chainsaw binding in the cut.
The plastic construction is durable and lightweight, making it easy to carry and use on the job. The serrated side provides extra grip and hold, reducing the need to reposition the wedge during operation and helping you secure better outcomes during tree felling work.
