Use to adapt to metal threaded fittings in COLD WATER APPLICATION ONLY. Where hot water is likely to be encountered, utilize the recommended transition unions. Use of FlowGuard Gold CPVC CTS all-plastic threaded male adapters in hot water applications may result in system failure and property damage. For hot water applications use CPVC CTS x brass threaded transition fittings.
