GFS Lawn Management is managed by Dan Howard who has worked in
the Twin Lakes lawn industry for the past 26 years. Services include mowing, weed trimming and pruning and the services featured below.

Clear your yard of leaves in the fall, winter or spring. Dan and his crew are happy to chop your leaves by mowing with a mulching blade if you want to give your lawn a nitrogen boost. GFS Lawn Management has vacuum equipment to remove leaves completely, as well. Leaves can be hauled off for disposal or they can be added to your compost pile.

Integrated Pest Management

GFS Lawn Management can apply fertilizer, pesticides and herbicides to any yard, lot or acreage. Because he has been trained in the best-management practices, pets, livestock and the environment are considered before spraying. A mowing contract is not required to use this service. In fact, if your regular mowing service is not licensed, Dan is happy to work alongside them.  

Free Consultations

Dan will come to your home or business to discuss your lawn care needs. He can identify weeds, fungus or insect damage and help you develop a plan of action. His consultations are without cost or obligation. But, to save time, he may bring product to sell to you on the spot.

Food Plots

GFS Lawn Management offers food plot services to wildlife enthusiasts who want to attract and nourish deer, turkey or quail. We'll spray the weeds, treat the soil with lime and amendments, and plant the seed (no-drill till process) on your cleared property in the spring and/or fall. (No bush-hog services). Food plots are currently the only legal way to attract and feed deer in Baxter or Marion Counties outside of hunting season.
